My Story
When I started my business, a Rogers (telecommunications) retailer, people thought I was crazy. I jumped right into the ring, building out a concept where most of the players were large organizations. I was able to quickly expand the business into 5 locations, by focusing on high growth mentality (save money solely for growth). As I started helping businesses in my consultancy, I slowly cut back my personal business, by selling off the 5 stores I own.
Now, I still run the original Rogers retailer that I started, while continuing to provide consulting services to businesses all across Canada & the United States. We focus on finding businesses that are ready to grow, but need a real GTM strategy to make it happen.
